The venue need attendance numbers each Monday so that they can order our food. So, if you know you can't come or that you will have a guest, please advise as early as possible – by Monday lunchtime at the latest. The email address for doing so is:
So just to be clear - the ‘status quo’ (no notification required) is you will be attending and having a meal. Any variation to be advised please.
NOTE:
The Board has reinstated our previous practice of ‘no show’ (at a meeting) with no apology means that you will be charged for your meal.
