This has been mentioned now for some time - we have a group of approx. 30 international Rotarians arriving in Queenstown this Thursday. We have arranged a Pasta Night for them at Wild Thyme at 7.00 pm this coming Friday. They will compete in the Queenstown Marathon on Saturday and on Saturday night they will meet at Holiday Inn (Frankton Road) for their Annual Dinner etc.
We have been invited to attend either or both the functions and I hope that we will have a good representation of Queenstown Rotarians and partners at each event. This is a great opportunity to promote Queenstown and Queenstown Rotary to an international Rotary audience.
The Pasta Night is $30 per person and the Dinner on Saturday is $60 per person. Proceeds from these two nights will be donated to The Rotary Foundation for Polio Plus.
