Tuesday 26 June was our annual Changeover Night at Wild Thyme Restaurant where President Monica handed the chain of office to incoming President, Russell McGrouther. Approx 50 guests, including Russell's family and partners of Rotarians were there.
Darren Rewi was inducted into Rotary by incoming District Governor Andrew Hamilton. Chris Taylor and Geoff Dalzell were awarded sapphire pins to their current Paul Harris Fellowship Awards for their continued high level of commitment and and hard work to Queenstown Rotary. Kerry Dunlop was presented the Pauline Hazelmore Trophy for 2017/2018 in recognition of his leadership and major contribution to the Tucker Beach Trail (Pauline Hazelmore was Queenstown Rotary's first woman member who donated this award in addition to a bequest for our club to support local cancer sufferers and their families.
