As I am away Lee-Ann has stepped in and given you a summary of what has been happening.  See below.

Yours in Rotary
President Jason

A few more Lines from Lee-Ann!

Dear Members

Due to the Government announcement that the whole country is at the RED traffic-light Alert  and because of the uncertainty at the moment of what this means, we have decided to cancel the in-person meeting this week (Tuesday 25th).

At this stage, we intend to resume in-person meetings, with social distancing on Tuesday 15th February. Meeting attendance is up to each individual, if they wish to attend or not.

It was intended to have the annual Rotarians BBQ at the RYLA camp on Tuesday 8th February. This is in doubt at this stage.

More communication on the resumption of meetings and the RYLA BBQ will be sent out to members closer to the time.

If anyone has any concerns or questions, please direct them to:
President Jason  - jason.climo@veolia.com    0274 660 071
Past President Lee-Ann llines@xtra.co.nz    021 343 506
or secretary David Tait - taitses@gmail.com   0272 743 366

It is normal to feel anxious or stressed whenever there is a change to the COVID levels or settings, and how this will effect you.  If any members are feeling anxious please know that you have the whole Club there for you if you want to reach out to them and have a chat.

There are also professional support providers available. Please call your GP, or you can call or text 1737.

Take care everyone.  Hopefully we will resume back to normal quickly.
Lee-Ann

Ngā mihi,
Lee-Ann
